At Cymatics, we stand behind the precision of our audio gear and electronics; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All products must be in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Cymatics account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Carefully place the electronics in their original manufacturer box with all included cables and manuals, then secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping barcodes are covered.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
